Setting up a database or working in an existing database and adding current transactions to produce financial reports. See list of information needed to do this.

First month of Accounting/ Bookkeeping service for each new client

$125 per month

(limit 2 hours)

Regular Accounting/ Bookkeeping Service

$70 per hour

according to terms of engagement agreement

Income Tax Return Preparation

Individual Income Tax

$40 per form

This includes form 1040s and single member LLCs. Call or email for an estimate

Business Tax

$70 per hour

Corporations, Partnerships, S-Corporations, Estates, and Other, (usual fee is between $550 and $950 per tax return)

Nonprofit Tax (990 series)

$70 per hour

Type of tax return required is based on the amount of revenue & assets. (most 990EZs fee is $550 for 8 hours of work)
